The process to link an Deakin Video presentation in CloudDeakin is to use the Add Existing Activities button (under Resources) and choose Deakin Video from the list of Additional Applications. Please refer to the Deakin Video Guide for detailed information.

Scheduled presentations will appear 1 week in advance. These presentations will not appear in your ‘My presentations’ list. To view these presentations, search for your Unit in the shared folders list in the left hand navigation.
If your presentation is ‘hanging’ or says ‘uploading’ in Mediasite Desktop Recorder for a significant amount of time, please check your default settings. If you modify the folder path in which your presentations are saved, this can cause the upload to hang. Resetting to default settings should correct this.
