Do I need to install Java or launcher?

No, you don’t need to install Java or a launcher. Bb Collaborate Ultra is based on modern web technologies including HTML 5 and WebRTC.

Which browser should I use?

For the best experience use Google Chrome or Firefox (versions 49+).

Do I need to install software to use Application Sharing?

You need to install the extension called Desktop Sharing released by Blackboard.

Where do I find my recordings?

Go to the Bb Collaborate Ultra link in your CloudDeakin site. Click on Menu icon  on the left-hand side on your screen, and then click on Recordings.

Are the Breakout groups recorded?

No, Breakout groups are not recorded.

How do I rename the recordings?

You cannot rename the recordings. If you wish to have different title for each recordings, consider to create a new session for each of your session.
